BEMO

BEMO Product Options for Your Roof and Facade

Your architect has specified a curved metal roof, and the bid deadline is approaching. Before you commit, you need to know how the panels will follow that shape and connect to the rest of the building. At Alpine Sheet Metal Systems, we help Dallas-Fort Worth project teams evaluate BEMO metal roofing and facade systems alongside the fabrication and installation requirements. BEMO manufactures standing seam profiles, shaped roofing panels, and architectural facade systems. Our approach starts with the drawings, because a product selection only works if the details can be built. An initial review can help clarify which system belongs in your project.

Bemo Products We Install in Dallas-Fort Worth

Alpine Sheet Metal Systems provides fabrication and installation services for BEMO metal roofing and facade systems on commercial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

BEMO’s N50 profile has a 50 mm seam height and variable panel widths. The lower seam creates a more understated roof appearance, making it an option worth reviewing for smaller roof areas and designs where a finer visual rhythm matters.

With a 65 mm seam height, N65 is designed for applications that benefit from a taller standing seam, including gently sloping roofs. BEMO identifies its load-bearing capacity as a key characteristic, but the selected assembly still needs to match your project’s structural requirements.

VF65 also uses a 65 mm seam height, with a profile designed to sit on a continuous supporting surface such as suitable rigid insulation or timber formwork. It offers a different support arrangement from profiles used as self-supporting roof coverings.

MONRO is BEMO’s patented system for forming panels around complex building geometry. Rather than forcing a curved design into a standard panel layout, the system uses project-specific dimensions to produce shaped panels, generally paired with a substructure adjustable in three dimensions.

Standing seam cladding can carry the roof’s visual language onto the exterior walls. BEMO documents facade profile widths from 100 mm to 800 mm, with straight, tapered, and free-form options that give designers control over panel rhythm and building shape. [5]

BEMO-BOND aluminum composite panels provide an alternative to the ribbed appearance of standing seam cladding. Available with visible or concealed attachments, they suit rear-ventilated facade designs. The INVISIO system uses concealed mounting and sliding suspension to accommodate panel expansion.

BEMO Features That Matter Beyond Appearance

A finish sample tells you what a panel looks like. The attachment method and supporting assembly tell you much more about how it will work on the building.

Penetration-Free Standing Seam Attachment

BEMO standing seam panels connect to dedicated holders and are mechanically seamed. The attachment method avoids exposed fasteners through the panel’s weathering surface.

Room for Thermal Movement

BEMO’s sliding holder systems accommodate panel expansion and contraction. Restricting that movement can undermine an otherwise well-planned installation.

Curved and Tapered Geometry

MONRO expands the options for roofs with changing shapes. Accurate measurements and coordinated supporting structures remain essential to making those panels fit.

Longer Panel Runs

BEMO’s mobile production equipment can form panels longer than 100 meters on site. For suitable projects, this capability can reduce the need for transverse joints.

Material and Finish Selection

BEMO standing seam systems offer aluminum and other metal options, with multiple surface treatments. We treat appearance as one part of the selection, alongside weight, exposure, and budget.

Coordinated Supporting Systems

BEMO offers adjustable substructures and thermally improved holders. These components deserve attention early, because the panels rely on the assembly behind them.

Planning BEMO Installation Around the Building Details

Alpine Sheet Metal Systems provides architectural metal fabrication and commercial roofing installation throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. We work with architects and general contractors to translate design intent into buildable metal systems.

For a BEMO specification, our priority is resolving the connections before they become field problems. A panel can be formed correctly and still meet a poorly coordinated parapet or roof opening. We would rather settle that detail in the drawings than improvise after material arrives.

Drawing and Specification Review

We start with the specified system and the building geometry. Missing dimensions or unresolved transitions need attention before fabrication decisions are finalized.

Fabrication Coordination

Panel layout needs to agree with the supporting structure. We review the surrounding metalwork, including flashings and trim, so those components support the intended installation.

Installation Sequencing

Access and trade coordination affect how the work reaches the roof or facade. Long panels and shaped components need a handling plan that fits the actual job site.

Connection Details

We pay particular attention to edges and penetrations. These are the places where panel attachment, drainage, and adjacent building materials have to work together.

Applications in Dallas-Fort Worth

BEMO systems can be considered for commercial roofs, institutional buildings, and architectural facade projects where panel geometry or attachment detailing drives the selection. For renovations, the existing structure deserves as much attention as the proposed finish. We assess the application before recommending a system.
