The Renaissance Dallas Hotel project involved the design, fabrication, and installation of custom architectural sheet metal systems throughout the interior and exterior of this high-rise hospitality property. Our scope included precision-fabricated HVAC ductwork, decorative metal cladding, custom flashings, and ornamental façade elements tailored to the building’s distinctive design specifications. Work was performed in close coordination with the general contractor and MEP trades to meet strict scheduling demands and uphold the quality standards expected of a landmark hotel property. All sheet metal components were fabricated in-house using premium-grade materials and installed by our certified field crews, ensuring a seamless finish and long-term performance.
